This policy explains what personal data Fund My Windows (“we”, “us”) collects when you use this website and request window quotes, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have. Fund My Windows is a quote-matching service that helps UK homeowners compare window and double glazing prices; we are not an installer, a lender or a government body.
What we collect
When you complete the enquiry form on our homepage, we collect the details you enter:
- your first name and last name;
- your email address;
- your phone number;
- your postcode; and
- your answer to whether you own your home.
We also automatically collect marketing attribution data so we understand how you found us and can measure our advertising. This includes the campaign source, medium and search term, advertising click identifiers (for example a Google gclid or Meta fbc/fbp value), the first page you landed on, your device and browser (user-agent) and your IP address.
How we use your data
- to pass your enquiry to a matched local installation partner so they can provide quotes and, if you wish, arrange a survey;
- to contact you about the enquiry you made (see below);
- to measure and improve our marketing and this website; and
- to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
Our lawful bases are your consent (given when you submit the form) and our legitimate interests in responding to your enquiry and running our service. You can withdraw consent or object at any time using the contact details below.
How we contact you
When you submit the form, we and/or your matched installation partner will contact you by phone, using the number you provide, about the enquiry you made — to discuss window costs, funding and contribution options you may qualify for, and to arrange a free, no-obligation home survey if you want one. This contact is directly related to the application you made through this website. We do not sell your details for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
We may pass qualified enquiries to a matched installation partner (for example, Help 2 Buy Windows) so that they can contact you and provide quotes. We also use trusted service providers who help us run this website, our advertising and our systems; they act on our instructions and only process your data for us. We may disclose data where we are required to do so by law.

How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry details for up to 24 months after your last contact with us, unless we need to keep them longer to meet a legal obligation, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Marketing attribution stored in cookies expires after 90 days.

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to data portability. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
